2 large covered decks you'll be able to relax or entertain while enjoying stunning sunrises and sounds of the ocean. This home boasts over 3,500 sq feet with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths and is 75 feet from the ocean. Open concept kitchen and great room with panoramic views of the beach. Great room showcases a custom shiplap electric fireplace. From the balcony deck you will be able to see the Flagler Pier, Flagler Winery and Golden Lion!
Take a 30 minute drive north up A1A to visit historic St. Augustine where you'll find Castillo de San Marcos and many unique restaurants and shops. Explore the famous Daytona Beach Speedway 30 minutes south or Orlando’s theme parks about 90 minutes away west. This home is situated in the ideal location to walk everywhere in town. You'll find The Golden Lion one block south and Break Awayz one block north. Walk out onto the famous Flagler Beach Pier, charter a boat at Bings Landing, or relax in front of your vacation home on the famous golden coquina beach. Nearby is also Washington Oaks Gardens State Park and Gamble Rogers Memorial State Recreation Area. Take the kids 12 min north to James F Memorial Park in Palm Coast to visit the 10,000 sq foot splash pad.
We also have pack and plays and strollers available by request. There is an elevator for guests and parking for 5 cars.
**House Rules**
1. This is a completely NON SMOKING home. Do not book this home if anyone in your party is a smoker. We do not allow smoking anywhere on the property, including the driveway and balcony. The reservation will be cancelled without refund.
2. NO Pets or animals.
3. All music and loud noise must be turned down by 11pm per the city noise ordinance. We have close neighbors please be mindful and treat this as your own home.
4. We have an external rental agreement that needs to be signed within 48 hours of booking. We require a valid photo ID of the guest who is booking the reservation. Please email the information to saltygatorflagler@gmail.com so they can be listed on agreement.
5. $1500 credit card hold is required for the security deposit in the external agreement.
6. No violence, fighting or drugs.
7. No urinating outside.
8. There are outdoor cameras that monitor for security only. They cannot be tampered with.
9. No additional guests other than those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Unauthorized guests will be removed from the property and rental will be subject to cancellation without refund.
10. No parties or events.
House rules are strictly enforced. Breaking any house rule is subject to immediate cancellation without refund of unused nights and loss of security deposit.

Summary: We had a larger group and this home accommodated all of us perfectly! Plenty of space for us to spread out or hang out together. Kitchen is fairly well appointed, so we could make meals in, but walking distance to several great restaurants as well. Easy access to the beach, and everything you need for a fun day by the water!

Summary: We had an incredible stay at The Salty Gator house! It's the perfect location - directly across the street from beach access, walk to restaurants and bars, and fun things to do all around. The house is large and spacious for a big family or group, but is comfy for sunrise watching and gathering for game nights. Well-stocked kitchen and lots of toys for beach fun. Kristen was a wonderful host providing lists of their favorites, details of the area and answering lots of questions for planning. :) Boating on the Matanzas was amazing and wine slushies on the beach were delish! We look forward to coming back!

Summary: Our family really enjoyed the house as it was very welcoming and created a very relaxing atmosphere with it's open floor plan and spacious accommodations. The proximity to the beach walkway and surrounding restaurants made for a very easy walk with the grandchildren. There was plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy all that this property has to offer.

Summary: “Absolutely wonderful five-day getaway at Flagler Beach! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, thanks to our super host. The beach house itself was heaven, with a cozy island in the kitchen that quickly became the heart of our family gatherings. Surrounded by plenty of activities, we hardly had to leave the area. Yet, once settled in, the tranquility and peace were unmatched. A truly rejuvenating vacation spot that I highly recommend to anyone seeking serenity by the sea. Must stay here!

Summary: Our family stayed at this beautiful house the week of Thanksgiving and loved every minute! It is a very spacious new construction house with an amazing layout and gorgeous beach views throughout (including furnished decks on both floors). It is well equipped for cooking and entertaining, has top of the line appliances, stunning design and materials (loved the massive quartz kitchen island!) and the owner was friendly and responsive - great communication! The house is amazing and having rented often in this area, it is not easy to find a house with all of the above! Not to mention, the putting green is very cool and brand new. Lastly, you can walk right into downtown Flagler Beach to enjoy coffee shops, restaurants, and wine bar! So fun! We'll be back! Thank you for a great holiday!

Summary: We had such a wonderful family vacation and this house played a huge part of it! It was more beautiful in person than in the pictures. There was so much room for the 8 of us (6 adults and 2 kids under 4). We spent lots time on the front porches watching sunrises, dolphins, and pelicans. We were directly across from the beach which was amazing! We spent so much time there because it was so close. They have TONS of beach equipment in the garage. Lots of chairs, sand toys, boogie boards, even some coolers! We walked to lots of shops and restaurants (including the winery). Kristen was amazing to work with! She sent us a list of local restaurant recommendations a few weeks before which I loved. There was a small kids table that my girls loved to sit at for breakfast and lunch. The putting green in the backyard was a huge hit, too! I cannot recommend this house enough! You will not be disappointed!

Summary: Beautiful home in an ideal location. Well worth the money to stay in a well thought-out home that is simply beautiful, comfortable, fully stocked, and easy to move around. Wake up to the sunrise in the main bedroom or watch from the living room or decks outside of each. The beach is just across the street and the DeVicos have supplied things you need to enjoy it like sand toys and beach chairs. Easy walk to get coffee, wine, ice cream, food. Kristen provided detailed recommendations which we regularly referenced. The elevator, two washers/dryers, toddler gates at the top and bottom of 2nd and 3rd floor stairs as well as toddler plates and cups and books were appreciated. Kristen was excellent to work with. You can tell the difference when the owners manage their vacation home rather than a management company. We felt like guests in their home. I could wake up to that sunrise everyday!

Summary: I've stayed in homes all over FL. I've used VRBO for almost 20 years for family vacations. This one was the BEST of every one I've been to. The location is really perfect. Directly across from the street(A1A) from the ocean with expansive views out of the entire east side house being floor to ceiling window/doors. Magnificent! Walk to at any of about 15-20 restaurants/ice cream spots/etc without any real effort. We literally did not use our car for a week to go out anywhere! Now, inside the house these folks have clearly done their prep work. Great beds, nice linens and one thing most people ignore, GREAT PILLOWS! I often struggle to sleep out of my own bed but had zero issue here. The kitchen was fully stocked. We literally often bring our own stuff because many VRBO kitchens are less than ready, but this one had everything right down to a fully automated and separated ICE MAKER(this is key for beach trips/filling coolers!). They even stock the bathrooms with toilet paper and hand soap dispensers and not the raggedy little soap you get at many places. Again, these people have done their prep work to make it the best. There are 3 levels and an HVAC system on each level. Clearly expensive HVAC units as I swear I never heard it "running" but it was always very cool. Cool RC fireplace with colors. Separate fridge in the lower level with wet bar. All bathrooms with good water pressure. I give this a 10/10 and hope to come back next year!
